Past roles

Kathryn’s HR career started in Deloitte. She has subsequently held HR leadership roles in multinational organisations across a variety of industry sectors including telecommunications, IT, automotive manufacturing and engineering services.

In 2017, Kathryn joined Bureau Veritas SA, the global testing, inspection and certification company. Kathryn first led HR for the Europe division, and in 2022 was appointed Chief People Officer and a member of the Group Executive Committee in Paris. Kathryn later returned to the UK, joining Mitie in March 2025 as Chief People Officer.
